Each private home has its own screened swimming pool, which can be heated in the winter months, and are air-conditioned with heating control, patio table, chairs and sun loungers.

Villas have 3, 4 or 5 separate bedrooms, one with an on-suite bathroom, and at least one other bathroom, with an individually furnished living area with cable TV, DVD or video, telephone, kitchen with electric oven, cooking rings, grill, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, fridge freezer, washing machine and dryer, ironing board, iron and dining area with table and chairs.
