Apartamentos THe Morromar has a total of 221 apartments with three different types. All apartments are located in separate buildings housing two apartments per floor and only two storeys high.

The style of the buildings is inspired in the typical coastal architecture of Lanzarote. The resort lies in beautifully kept gardens and a beautiful setting. There are apartments with sea views and others with views to our two swimming pools or garden.

The outdoor pool complex is surrounded by a sun terrace with loungers and offers spectacular views over the beach of Matagorda and the Atlantic Ocean. The resort also features a paddle tennis court and a gym available for a fee.

In Matagorda urbanization there are many things to see and the bike paths will delight you and will lead you safely along the coast of Puerto del Carmen.

Large apartments with two independent bedrooms, bathroom, lounge-kitchen-living room and a large terrace with views of the sea or the swimming pool.

They have lively decoration and lots of natural light and where the blue and beige tones invite rest. Each apartment is 44 m2 plus 14 m2 of terrace. The bedroom has fitted wardrobes, mirror, safety deposit box (charged and despot left), bedside table and two beds which can made separately or, at your request, made into one large double bed.

In the main room there is a large, comfortable sofa that matches the armchair and the rest of the room’s decoration. Breakfast bar, electric cooker with extraction fan and a fridge with a freezer.

The terraces, always directed towards the sea, are large and sunny, furnished with garden tables and chairs and a clothes dryer.
